Who is it for?
Gold is for clients who want training, food and ordinary sports supplementation organized as one system instead of managing each part separately.
How it works
A single intake reviews the goal, training history, daily schedule, current diet and current supplement use. The three components are then structured to support the same objective.
Important note
The supplement component covers general sports-nutrition products. It does not include prescription medication, medical treatment, drug-cycle design or pharmaceutical advice.
