At The MBF, we aim to make shipping as clear as possible. Available shipping methods, exact shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping destinations

We ship to the destinations that are available in our checkout at the time of purchase. If a country or region cannot be selected as a shipping destination, we cannot currently ship there through the online store.

Shipping costs

For orders within the Netherlands, free shipping applies from €120 when the order is eligible at checkout. For other orders, the available shipping rates are shown during checkout.

Delivery time and processing

Any delivery estimates shown at checkout or by the carrier are indicative. Carrier delays or delays during busy periods can occur. If there is a significant issue with your order, contact us at info@thembf.nl.

Track & Trace

When tracking is available from the selected carrier, the available shipping information will be sent using the contact details provided with the order.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier, changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Damaged or missing shipment

If a shipment arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the shipment does not arrive in line with the available tracking information, contact us as soon as possible at info@thembf.nl so we can assess the situation.
