Diamond is the highest-support MBF package, combining training, nutrition and sports-supplement planning with Personal Training and ongoing progress support.

Diamond is designed for clients who want the most complete practical support across training, nutrition, ordinary sports supplements and direct coaching.
How it works
After a full intake, all parts of the plan are built as one system. Personal Training sessions are used to improve execution, technique and adherence, while progress reviews help keep the overall plan aligned with the goal.

Diamond does not include prescription medication, medical treatment or unsupervised drug protocols. Medical issues remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
