What is the Gold Pack?
Gold is an MBF coaching package built around a personalized Training Plan plus a higher level of Personal Training support.

- Personalized Training Plan.
- 15 Personal Training sessions.
- Progress review and training adjustments according to the purchased coaching scope.
- 10% MBF store discount while the package entitlement is active.
Nutrition option
A Nutrition Plan is available to Gold clients at 50% discount. It is not included automatically in the base Gold entitlement.
Not included by default
Supplement Plan is not included unless purchased separately.

Practical conditions
Coaching and Personal Training can be provided online or in person depending on the agreed service. Any gym or training-facility fee, where applicable, is paid separately by the client. Travel outside Almere, where applicable, is an additional client cost.
