What is the Silver Pack?
Silver is an MBF coaching package built around a personalized Training Plan plus direct Personal Training support.

- Personalized Training Plan.
- 10 Personal Training sessions.
- Progress review and training adjustments according to the purchased coaching scope.
- 5% MBF store discount while the package entitlement is active.
Not included by default
Nutrition Plan and Supplement Plan are not included in Silver unless purchased separately.

Practical conditions
Coaching and Personal Training can be provided online or in person depending on the agreed service. Any gym or training-facility fee, where applicable, is paid separately by the client. Travel outside Almere, where applicable, is an additional client cost.
