How Personal Training Works at The MBF

A plan should start with the person, not the template

At The MBF, personal training begins with an intake. The goal is to understand your training history, current routine, availability and what you want to improve. That information gives the coaching process a practical starting point.

1. Intake and goal setting

We identify the main objective and the constraints around it: how often you can train, what equipment you have access to, your experience level and any preferences that influence adherence.

2. Training structure

The program is then organised around exercises, sets, repetitions, frequency and progression. The aim is not to make a plan look complicated; the aim is to make it clear enough to execute consistently.

3. Nutrition guidance

General nutrition guidance can be used to support training and body-composition goals. This may include meal structure, protein intake, food alternatives and supplement timing. It is not a replacement for medical or dietetic care.

4. Progress tracking

Check-ins provide information about performance, adherence and recovery. When something is not working as intended, the program can be adjusted rather than forcing the same approach indefinitely.

In person or online

The MBF combines 1-on-1 personal training with online coaching options. Current pricing and availability are provided on request so the format can be matched to the service required.
