What is the Silver Pack?

Silver combines the two foundations of the MBF coaching system: a personalized Training Schema and a personalized Diet Schema built around the same objective.

• Training Schema with weekly structure, exercise selection and progression.
• Diet Schema with practical meal structure and nutrition targets where appropriate.
• One coordinated goal across training and nutrition.
• Progress review and adjustments according to the final package scope.

Who is it for?

Silver is designed for clients who want a complete training-and-nutrition structure but do not need a dedicated supplement plan or personal-training sessions included in the package.

How it works

A single intake is used to understand the goal, schedule, experience and eating routine. Training and nutrition are then designed together so that one does not work against the other.

What is not included?

A dedicated Supplement Schema and Personal Training sessions are not included unless separately agreed.
